Hi, I’m Qiqi Lu, a doctoral student in the School of Biomedical Engineering at Southern Medical University, Guangzhou, China. My research develops deep learning methods for medical imaging, with a focus on three areas: quantitative MRI (MR parameter mapping, such as R2* relaxometry and diffusion tensor imaging), fluorescence microscopy (image restoration and foundation models), and artificial intelligence virtual tissue (AIVT) for tissue representation and spatial omics analysis.
